The service is designed for eligible non-prescription wellness, nutrition, beauty and personal-care products. Every request is checked before a quote is issued. Restricted or regulated items may be declined or require a separate licensed route.
Do you give medical or dosage advice?+
No. Care Crush is a sourcing service, not a medical provider. Product information should come from the manufacturer, and health or dosage questions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
How do you check products?+
Products are sourced from established UK suppliers. Packaging, seals, batch numbers and expiry dates are checked before shipping and again before delivery to the customer.
How long does delivery take?+
UK-to-Uganda delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, followed by 1–3 business days for local Uganda delivery. Supplier availability and customs checks may affect the final timeline.
How can I pay?+
Payment is available by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer or cash where applicable. Confirm payment instructions directly with Care Crush before paying.
What products are not accepted?+
Care Crush does not accept counterfeit or expired products, prescription medicines or prohibited items. Other regulated products may be declined after an eligibility review.
Can I cancel an order or report a problem?+
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Damaged or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery will be reviewed for an appropriate replacement or refund under the applicable policy.
